To Enroll Students
If you would like to enroll students, you have several ways to do so.
Please Choose One:
- Fill out the form below by selecting the Enroll Students Now option and then submit
- Download our Enrollment Form (PDF)
- Fill it out on your computer, save it, and then email it to admissions@progressacademy.org
- Print it, fill it out, and then fax it to (614) 288-2656 or mail it to P.O. Box 415, Powell, Ohio 43065
